We are currently looking for a Test Automation Engineer to join our Internal Solutions unit, where we develop business-critical applications that support various internal functions such as HR, Payroll, and Controlling. In this role, you will contribute to the development of intelligent solutions that enhance the efficiency and workflows of these key departments.
You will be responsible for
- Participating in implementation projects in a cross-functional team as being responsible for test development.
- Create and execute test automation scripts for UI/API testing.
- Create and execute manual tests for UI testing as well.
- Understand the technical issues and concepts in applying test automation.
- Engage in all the activities of development lifecycle and proactively improve the QA strategy.
- Validate requirement/user stories from testing perspective.
- Intensive collaboration within the scrum teams and other parties involved.
You will be successful if you have
- 2+ years of experience in software development/test automation.
- Familiarity with JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Knowledge of different automation tools (preferably Playwright, Cypress) and software testing processes.
- Competency in Git and GitHub.
- Understanding the test pyramid and enable the team to develop high quality testing on all levels.
- Understanding of software test processes and methodologies especially ISTQB Agile and Scrum.
- Experience in CI/CD.
- Fluency in English both spoken and written.
