Scrum Master

Scrum Masters will oversee the development process and ensure smooth and continual delivery across teams. 

This role will work closely with Product Owners, Developers and QAs to understand the user requirements, quality control user stories, help prioritise and coordinate development and measure progress.

 You will be responsible for

• Working in a scaled environment, aim is to make the scaled design more accurate.
• Driving and facilitating the Scrum activities in the team like sprint planning, daily scrum meetings, sprint retrospective, and product demos with the focus on improving team efficiency.
• Ensuring that team decisions are documented, and followed up on agreements.
• Encouraging collaboration within the Scrum team, between teams and with other stakeholders.
• Removing impediments.

You are an ideal candidate if you have

• At least 2-3 years relevant experience as a Scrum Master.
• Scrum training and certificate.
• Knowledge of Agile principles, processes and practices.
• Methodological skills.
• Knowledge of scaled agile framework (SAFe, Scrum@Scale).
• Results-oriented attitude.
• Commitment to continuous improvement of the team.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Fluent English knowledge.
• Flexible thinking to adapt yourself and your teams to the situation.
• Servant leadership attitude.
• Strong customer and service orientation.
• Experience in Agile development.
• Ablility to manage multiple teams/projects simultaneously.
• Experience with agile projects having distributed teams.
• Experience in running agile projects in a methodologically heterogenous organization.
