Service Support Manager

Join our Applications Operations team and take responsibility for the coordination of Cloud migration which provides professional service to our partners!

Your responsibilities will include 

  • Get acquainted with the technical scope of Netline products and the way they are applied by our customers
  • Support the application migration into cloud environment
  • Ensuring stable operation and operational quality for customers
  • Complete overview of the services provided by LSY to the customers
  • Monitoring and reporting of contractual quality (SLA)
  • Taking care of all issues of the customer regarding cloud migration
  • Coordinate major incident reporting from the customers point of view
  • Coordination of service transitions (e.g. contact customer manager and cloud team)
  • Leading lessons learned and follow up activities

You are looking for us, if you

  • Are experienced in coordination and coaching of small teams on temporary basis
  • Have the ability to bring the business point of view into technical issues
  • Have a general Airline and IT knowledge in greater depth of specific systems
  • Are able to take independent, proactive actions and make decisions with full responsibility
  • Appropriately monitor processes and evaluate results
  • Have adequate communication skills and customer-oriented attitude
  • Can successfully build relationships regardless of distance, countries and positions
  • Are able to coordinate and give feedback in a constructive manner
  • Can fluently communicate in English (spoken and written)
  • Are able to travel to Germany
