UX/UI Designer

In Budapest office we are reshaping the user experience of the company's extensive product portfolio. Currently we are looking for someone to improve our Internal Tools, but later You can work on either new aviation innovations and on widely used complex B2B systems.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Balancing between business goals and desired customer behaviors.
- Understanding and clearing the requirements.
- Improving the usability and aesthetics of airline business applications through wireframing and prototyping (Figma).
- Close collaboration with business and development professionals.
- Implementation support.
- Maintaining and expanding our design system.
We are looking for you, if You:
- Have at least 3-5 years' experience in a UX/UI design.
- Are experienced with human centered design methods.
- Have a passion for typography, grids, colors and white space.
- Have a constructive attitude and process feedback easily.
- Communicate design effectively and writing specifications.
- Have experience in analyzing software requirements.
- Use English self-confidently as a working language.
- Are willing to travel and visit our partners and customers.
- Have experience with Material Design guidelines.
- Have a background in responsive web design.

- UX research experience.
- BA/PO experience.
- Experince in service design.
- Frontend development (HTML, CSS, JS) experience.
- Experience with UI animation tools and methods.
- Airline domain know-how.
- German language knowledge.
