Java Backend Developer - FinTech

We cooperate with a Fintech solution which centralizes as well as simplifies multi-bank connectivity and transaction communications globally.
Your tasks will be
- Make other peoples life easier in many companies around the globe that need to keep their financials on track.
- Develop the multi-online-banking platform – with focus on the Java based backend and ReactJS frontend part.
- Opportunity to specify, redesign and replace existing. software/systems and proactively influence the architecture and the design of our products and services.
- Possibility to act as coach and sparring partner within the team for complex issues.
- Perform of code reviews and aim for continuous quality increase.
- Take part in the agile estimation and planning process.
- Be there to support our clients and your colleagues in case of major incidents.
- Potential to take on a lead architecture role (depending on your seniority).
You will be successful here if you
- speak at least upper-intermediate level of English.

You will use the following methodologies during your daily work
- Java 8+
- Spring/Springboot
- JPA/Hibernate
- Knowledge of design patterns
- MS SQL
- Jenkins
- Jira Ticketing
It’s a plus if you have experience with at least one of the following technologies
- Linux
- Message Queue (MSMQ)
- Experience with IntelliJ Idea IDE
- Knowledge of queryDSL
- Experience with AG Grid
- Javascript
- ReactJS
- NPM
- NodeJS
- Experience with AngularJS
- Knowledge or affinity to payments / financial industry such as messaging formats (ISO20022, SWIFT, MT940)
