In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to grow your skills while contributing to real-life projects that support airline operations. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements
- Translate business needs into clear and structured documentation (e.g. user stories, process flows, business requirements documents)
- Support the team in analyzing data to identify trends, issues, or areas for improvement
- Assist in testing and validating implemented solutions
- Participate in meetings and workshops to support project planning and delivery
- Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical teams
- A proactive attitude, natural curiosity, and eagerness to learn
- Interest in the aviation industry and airline-related processes
- Willingness to learn Amadeus – a global travel platform used by airlines for booking, ticketing, and passenger services
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Basic understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Familiarity with MS Excel, PowerPoint, and tools like Jira or Confluence is a plus
- Completed relevant training, certification, or university studies in Business, IT, Economics, Aviation or a related field
