Junior Business Analyst - Szeged

In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to grow your skills while contributing to real-life projects that support airline operations. You’ll collaborate with experienced colleagues and gain insight into how modern IT solutions are designed, implemented, and improved in close cooperation with international stakeholders.
Your Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements
- Translate business needs into clear and structured documentation (e.g. user stories, process flows, business requirements documents)
- Support the team in analyzing data to identify trends, issues, or areas for improvement
- Assist in testing and validating implemented solutions
- Participate in meetings and workshops to support project planning and delivery
- Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical teams
What We’re Looking For
- A proactive attitude, natural curiosity, and eagerness to learn
- Interest in the aviation industry and airline-related processes
- Willingness to learn Amadeus – a global travel platform used by airlines for booking, ticketing, and passenger services
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Basic understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Familiarity with MS Excel, PowerPoint, and tools like Jira or Confluence is a plus
- Completed relevant training, certification, or university studies in Business, IT, Economics, Aviation or a related field
