Shift Manager

Join us as a Shift Manager and take full responsibility for the Service Operation!

Your tasks will include

  • Oversee and manage the operation of the Cloud and Application (1st, 2nd and 3rd level) operation teams on various platforms
  • Control change process (CAB, ECAB, Critical Change Management) and major incident management
  • Conduct shift handovers
  • Supervision of KPIs and ticket quality in order to meet standards
  • Lead lessons learned (RCA - Problem Management) sessions
  • Represent the Operation Control and acting as a first point of contact for the management regarding operational issues (e.g. escalations and outage handling)
  • Keeping contact with customers and providers

You are looking for us, if You

  • Have ITIL knowledge
  • Have previous experience in operations
  • Are able to adequately monitor processes, evaluate results and prioritize 
  • Are self-confident and make decisions effectively even so high pressure and tasks running in parallel 
  • Have strong attention to detailts to ensure high quality output
  • Have assertive, diplomatic and customer-oriented communication style 
  • Are willing to work in 24/7 shifts (12 hours)
  • Have excellent English skills both spoken and written
